You need two things: the official WireGuard client (free) and the config we email you after payment. Nothing else.

Step 1 — Install the client

Pick your platform. Every link below is the official WireGuard client.

Windows

Windows 10 / 11. Allow the administrator prompt once — it installs a virtual network adapter.

Download .exe

macOS

From the App Store. macOS asks you to approve the VPN configuration once.

App Store

Android

Phone, tablet and Android TV. A connection permission prompt appears on first connect — tap OK.

Google Play Direct APK

iOS & iPadOS

From the App Store. Installed as a system VPN profile, so it survives Wi-Fi / mobile data switching.

Linux

Install from your distribution's repositories — the command depends on your distro.

Routers

Import the .conf on any router that supports WireGuard — one setup covers every device at home.

Step 2 — Import the config we sent you

After payment we email you two versions of the same thing: a file and a QR code. Use whichever suits your device.

On a computer — import the file

Windows, macOS, Linux: open WireGuard → Import tunnel(s) from file → pick the .conf we sent.

On a phone — scan the QR code

iOS / Android: open WireGuard → + → Create from QR code → point the camera at the code in the email.

What's inside the config? Your private key, the server address and the server's public key. There is no username and no password — so there is nothing to log in with and nothing we can read from it. One config per device; need a second device, ask us for another.

It looks like this

[Interface] PrivateKey = <yours — never share it> Address = 10.7.0.42/32 DNS = 1.1.1.1 [Peer] PublicKey = <server public key> Endpoint = node1.example.com:51820 AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/0 PersistentKeepalive = 25
03

Step 3 — Tap connect

One switch

Flip the toggle in WireGuard. The status turns green and shows bytes sent / received.

Check it worked

Open a browser and search "what is my IP". It should show the country of the node you picked.

Slow?

Check node status first. Try another location if yours is busy.

04

The one prompt each platform shows

Every operating system asks once before it lets an app manage a VPN. Approve it — that's the whole setup.

Windows

Administrator prompt during install. After that, no prompts.

macOS

System Settings → Privacy & Security → allow the VPN configuration.

Android

"Connection request" dialog on first connect → OK.

iOS / iPadOS

"Add VPN Configurations" → Allow, then confirm with Face ID / passcode.

Linux

NetworkManager or wg-quick up <name>, depending on your setup.

Router

Paste the config into the router's WireGuard section, then reboot it once.

05

If something goes wrong

It won't connect at all

Three things, in order: (1) check node status — the node may be down; (2) toggle it off and on again; (3) try a different network — hotel and office Wi-Fi sometimes block VPN traffic on their own. If it still fails, email us with your config name and we'll reissue it.

Connected, but the internet is slow

Pick a node closer to you. Distance sets your latency; no amount of bandwidth fixes physics. Check live latency per location on the status page.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Yes. Each device needs its own config — a config copied to a second device will knock the first one off. Ask us for an extra one; it takes a minute.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. WireGuard itself has no login. Your access lives in the config file, not in an account — which is also why we can't see what you do with it.

What if I lose the config?

We can reissue it. Old one gets revoked at the same time, so a lost config is not a leaked one.

Need a config? Pick a plan on Plans & pricing. It arrives by email within 15 minutes of payment.
