You need two things: the official WireGuard client (free) and the config we email you after payment. Nothing else.
Pick your platform. Every link below is the official WireGuard client.
Windows 10 / 11. Allow the administrator prompt once — it installs a virtual network adapter.
Phone, tablet and Android TV. A connection permission prompt appears on first connect — tap OK.
From the App Store. Installed as a system VPN profile, so it survives Wi-Fi / mobile data switching.
Install from your distribution's repositories — the command depends on your distro.
Import the .conf on any router that supports WireGuard — one setup covers every device at home.
After payment we email you two versions of the same thing: a file and a QR code. Use whichever suits your device.
Windows, macOS, Linux: open WireGuard → Import tunnel(s) from file → pick the .conf we sent.
iOS / Android: open WireGuard → + → Create from QR code → point the camera at the code in the email.
Flip the toggle in WireGuard. The status turns green and shows bytes sent / received.
Open a browser and search "what is my IP". It should show the country of the node you picked.
Check node status first. Try another location if yours is busy.
Every operating system asks once before it lets an app manage a VPN. Approve it — that's the whole setup.
Administrator prompt during install. After that, no prompts.
System Settings → Privacy & Security → allow the VPN configuration.
"Connection request" dialog on first connect → OK.
"Add VPN Configurations" → Allow, then confirm with Face ID / passcode.
NetworkManager or wg-quick up <name>, depending on your setup.
Paste the config into the router's WireGuard section, then reboot it once.
Three things, in order: (1) check node status — the node may be down; (2) toggle it off and on again; (3) try a different network — hotel and office Wi-Fi sometimes block VPN traffic on their own. If it still fails, email us with your config name and we'll reissue it.
Pick a node closer to you. Distance sets your latency; no amount of bandwidth fixes physics. Check live latency per location on the status page.
Yes. Each device needs its own config — a config copied to a second device will knock the first one off. Ask us for an extra one; it takes a minute.
No. WireGuard itself has no login. Your access lives in the config file, not in an account — which is also why we can't see what you do with it.
We can reissue it. Old one gets revoked at the same time, so a lost config is not a leaked one.
